What does this site publish?

Each indexed wage page shows the same core conversion: hourly rate × 40 hours × 52 weeks. It also explains daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and annual gross pay, plus a planning estimate for federal income tax and employee FICA.

How are the numbers reviewed?

The calculation engine is shared by every page, so the formulas are not retyped in individual templates. Tax assumptions are stored as versioned data and reviewed against primary IRS and Social Security Administration sources. The current pages use tax year 2026 assumptions and were last reviewed on 2026-08-24.

What does the calculator not promise?

The take-home figure is an estimate for a single filer using the standard deduction. It does not include state or local taxes, benefits, retirement contributions, credits, or individual payroll settings. It is not tax, legal, payroll, or financial advice.

Why is the calculator free?

The calculator is free to use. The site may be supported by clearly labeled display advertising after a real production domain, privacy configuration, consent requirements, and publisher review are completed.
